WANDRDReviews of wandrd.com

Not only does Wandrd make a fantastic product, their warranty experience is unmatched! Incredibly quick, clear and friendly communication. Kyle went above and beyond taking care of my issue, couldn't be happier. I've been enjoying the Wandrd PRVKE for a few years now bringing it everywhere with me in Canada and Europe. Only issue i've had was with the zipper (after 3 years) within the same day of contacting Wandrd Kyle went above and beyond to take care of my issue without any hesitation. It's really nice to see a company standing behind their promise, and being exceptionally awesome.

I've had this bag for over a year...The product quality of the bag is super high, it's my favorite bag and I was able to retire two of my older bags (one for work/ and one for travel) as the PRVKE is midrange-sized enough to do both. and the customer support is great and super responsive! two design feedback if you have a next version coming up: the chest strap is just too easy to lose. I try to be vigalent making sure both are connect but despite this, i still lost it. it's a cognitive load we shouldn't have to have the bag should be in service of making our lives easier. if there was a lanyard or something so that if it does disconnect it's a safety net. we don't want people to think it's designed in such a way to elicit more purchases for lost items! the other design feedback is the clamshell mode where the bag is in the front, the safety straps can be used to hold the bag open. can you put the attachments on the side rather that at the top of the bag? i put additional straps in the event i forget to fully close the clam shell the straps don't prevent the bag from fully opening (and I have actually been saved by this feature so thank you) but the straps interfere with taking my laptop in and out. if it were just slight on the side to allow the laptop access this would be way better. thank you!

Have had their flagship original backpack for four years, it’s of incredible quality and design, has received it’s fair share of compliments. When the main zipper gave up the ghost, and given that I am currently based in Myanmar, they were kind enough to offer a replacement bag free of charge. They are legend! Could be happier with the experience at all stages of its lifespan, can recommend service and product without hesitation.

Products These are amazing packs with the user in mind at conception. It comes with so many small details that every other bag seems to miss. With the new iteration, they improved the already spectacular functionality of the Prvke, setting the bar higher for other bag brands. Customer Service The customer service team is truly top notch. They respond quickly and with meaningful responses. They care for the products and made sure I had the best options presented to me. Extremely grateful for their help! A zipper broke on a pack I purchased in 2019. They promptly assessed the pack and I was able to get a new pack under their true lifetime warranty. Really awesome to know that they stand by their products even after years of use.

This brand is just perfect! Products ideally made up for travelers and a very efficient and responsive guarantee system!

These guys went above and beyond to help me with my backpack busted zipper. Seriously... the best experience I have ever had with any customer service department at any company ever. Will be a supporter as long as they are making great products!

I'm from Taiwan and bought "Access" Duffel Backpack druing last Christmas holidays. It's a busy season and there was something wrong with my package delivery but they had solved the issue with rapid responses and actions. I'm very impressed with this purchasing experience. I've used "Access" Duffel for a few months. It's durable, stylish and easy to organize, just like what I imagined about it. From the quality of their products and the attitude of their decision makers, I do sense the good spirit that WANDRD team want to convey. I myself run a small IT company and noticed how properly and generously they dealt with my delivery, even I was in Taiwan. I wish I could lead my team to have such excellent performance like they do. Good job.

WANDRD absolutely crushed it! I've been a professional photographer for well over a decade now, and having tried nearly every camera bag on the market and taking them across 60+ countries, I have yet to find one I like as much as my PRVKE. I've owned it for 4 years now and love it just as much as the day I got it. After all that time of stuffing it full far beyond its reasonable capacity, the straps started showing some wear in the seams. I reached out to WANDRD support and they quickly went above and beyond to honor their lifetime warranty claims. Cannot recommend this product + company highly enough!
