One of the best Customer services I have ever come across. I had a problem with my backpack, I was emailed back within 24 hours with a solution, and 1 week later my new backpack is now ordered free of charge. Top brand, top company. Keep smashing it guys. 📸🗻🔥

I purchased my first WANDRD bag 3 years ago. 10+ countries, 2 additional bags and several accessories later, I finally had an accessory strap break. It took less than 24 hours for their customer service to replace my accessory straps at no cost except shipping. With bags these modular and well built, having their warrantee is usually a non-issue, but if it becomes one, they take care of you like your opinion personally matters to them. Because I suspect it does.

WANDRD was great and kind in every way. To address my issue they offered me options that both held substantial value and made it easier for me to resolve the issue. Kind in every way, but I think what we love most about them is they're people who make bags to carry the things they love.

The bags are freaking awesome - my PRVKE 31 litre is my office. Such great detailing. So rugged. It's been around Asia with me, but it's also perfect Whether I am taking all my kit to lectur at Uni, or hiking in the backcountry to the many beautiful places in which I fail to catch fish (but do manage the occasionally good photograph). Mine has been with me for 5 years now, and looks as good as new. Service is almost better than the bags. Incredibly responsive service. Just brilliant.

I think you created a life lesson phrase in there somewhere! "Even if you don't catch a fish, you can still grab a great photo of the lake." Haha. Glad you love the bags!
