Great products with an amazing warranty. My 5 year old camera bag had an issue with the zipper, I made a claim with some pictures of the issue, and they provided a code for the full price of a new (updated version) of the bag, within 24 hours of lodging the claim.

bought my Wandrd Prvk 31L bag in 2019. It has traveled with me everywhere, protecting my gear in the worst conditions. It has been by my side for all my professional assignments. It finally gave up on me with a broken zipper. Fortunately, the bags come with a lifetime warranty, so I contacted Wandrd. They promptly provided me with a voucher of the same value as my bag. My 21" PRVKE 31L Bag had a manufacturing defect that caused me to create a claim. The claim website was pretty nicely done as the website had quite a nice UI. What followed this claim was an extraordinary level of support and willingness to go above and beyond to resolve my issue. They provided me with two options where first they would cover the cost of a 3rd party repair or I take a free replacement bag, which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. So ofc I choose the ladder. Not only did they address my concerns promptly, but the quality of their products also impressed me. The bag I received was well-designed, durable, and exceeded my expectations in terms of functionality. I would highly recommend WANDRD to anyone in need of a reliable and stylish bag. A Wandrd Prvke 31 Bag Brilliant quality and functionality. I had a very minor issue with one of the axrea straps, resolved with superb customers service, both handling on the call and in the action taken to replace the part. Highly recommended!.

I have been using the PRVKE 21L bag for a while. It serves as my primary bag for traveling with the camera equipments and has been reliable. However, recently the external zipper (like many others) peeled off from the bag, so I contacted WANDRD support and they provided me a coupon code to get a new one with a shipping charge in 1 days. I can't wait to receive my new bag! The zipper looks to be glued to the waterproof plastic. Needs to be a bit more carefully handled actually. Hope that the design for the next version accounts for this so that it is more durable.

I have been using the PRVKE 31L bag for nearly three years. The bag has been with me in numerous countries in Europe and also in Asia as my primary travel and camera bag. The balance between practicality and durability is unmatched. Recently, I have had one of the external zippers get off track due to the teeth separating from the main fabric. I was unable to fix it myself, so I contacted WANDRD to see what could be done. The lifetime warranty on the bags gave me the opportunity to receive a new bag free of charge. It was also an upgrade because I had the original PRVKE and I was given the upgraded All-New PRVKE. The customer support team was very helpful and dealt with my matter swiftly. Shout out to Kenneth! The quality of the bags was enough for me to be sold on the product, but the customer experience matches their products' level as well.

I’ve been a Wandrd customer since 2018 and it has been a great experience throughout the years. I own multiple products from Wandrd and the overall built quality is great as far as I can tell. What makes Wandrd really stand out is their excellent customer support and warranty experience. I’ve recently had a damaged zipper on my Prvke 31 and they replaced it no questions asked, even after more than 5 years of ownership!
