WANDRDReviews of wandrd.com

I have backed Wandrd twice on Kickstarter - the first for the Prvke, and the second for the Duo Daypack. This review will be about the Duo Daypack. Ever since I received the Duo Daypack in 2019, it has been my go-to for every situation. Not only does it have a securely padded and collapsible camera pocket, it has so many organizational pockets and pouches throughout the interior. Recently, the interior of the bag has started to break - the rigid plastic lining maintaining the shape of the bag snapped. I contacted Wandrd about this and they provided me with a promo code for a new bag. Even though the Duo Daypack is discontinued, the promo code was for any of the other Wandrd products. Though I am quite disheartened at my favorite bag being discontinued, I am very pleased with how Wandrd treated my case and look forward to another (at least) 6 years of using their products. Thank you Wandrd team!

Great product and great customer support I have been using the Prkve backpack almost daily for the past 4 years and this is by far one of the best backpack I have ever owned. That being said a weird appeared in it and I had to do a warranty claim : it was superfast, super efficient and the customer service was nice. All that to say, you get good products and if there's anything with it, they literraly have your back !

Bought my first Wandrd Pvke in 2019 and just love it so much! The bagpack is fully customisable and fits all of my gear easily. It looks great, feels great and I’m just so happy to have invested in this. When some zippers failed I filled out a warranty claim and it got replaced super fast and easy. I will always buy a Wandrd camera bag!

This is the best customer service I've experienced with photography gear! There was a stitching problem on a backpack I bought 4 years ago (the gear has been awesome otherwise), and after processing my warranty claim I was offered a full replacement within 24 hours. Thank you so much!

I had a zip problem with my PRVKE 31 1st generation, which I use every day and which also follows me on a trip. I explained my situation to the WANDRD team and they kindly accepted the lifetime warranty on this product. So I'm leaving soon with a brand new bag for new adventures and beautiful photos in perspective. Thanks to the WANDRD team

I bought the Prvke bag (oct 2020) and the Transit Travel Backpack (Juli 2024) both work perfect for me. Last month I had a problem with 2 Zippers of the biggest compartment of the Prvke bag. I sent a claim and it was fully covered by the lifetime Warranty. I got a complete new Prvke bag. Perfect!

Dear Wandrd Team, I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for your incredible customer service and support. Receiving a replacement for my Provoke 31L backpack under your lifetime warranty has truly reaffirmed why I’ve been such a loyal customer for years. Your commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is truly remarkable. It's not just about buying a great product, it's about investing in a company that stands behind its gear and genuinely cares about its customers. That level of dedication is priceless, and it’s what makes Wandrd stand out from the rest. I couldn't be happier with my new backpack, and I’ll continue to trust and recommend Wandrd to fellow creatives who need reliable, high quality gear for their work. Thank you again for your professionalism and for making this process so smooth. Best regards,

Rapid & Great customer service ! I had an issue with the side zip on my bag bought 6 years ago. Thank to the life garantee, they give me a promo code to order the same bag without paying anything except the transport.
