This is the most heartless, petty, evil company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. My precious Muggle had IVDD and lost complete use of his back legs. I ordered him a wheelchair from this disgusting company. By the time I received it Muggle had taken a turn for the worst and was only able to ever use it for a total of 30 minutes. It was a nice wheelchair and its sad that this company is this way. Muggle passed away the day after I received the wheelchair. Because I was so distraught and heartbroken over the loss of my best friend my mom called them and tried to explain the situation and that we would need to return the wheelchair (THAT WAS IS PERFECT CONDITION). They were rude and hateful towards my mother, who was only trying to help me. They were heartless even after she explained the heartbreaking time, we had been through during the time that my dear Muggle was disabled and then passed away. I own a dog grooming salon. I have been open for over 10 years and will share this with everyone, on every page, and tag them as much as I can. When you are dealing with people who love their animals, being heartless, evil humans is NEVER OK. And disrespecting my mother and talking to her like she was a piece of trash, also should never be tolerated. Then they told my mom I would get a full refund minus the $12 for shipping the item back.. They took $54.. The best advice I can give is find a company that values clients and pets. I would never ever recommend such an evil company to ANYONE EVER.

I had a good experience with this company. I needed a refund, they were understood my situation and refunded and canceled my order with no problem. I will choose them again if I have to.

Romeo's wheelchair/cart is a life-saver. He can now walk around in the yard mostly unattended and accompany us on walks.

These wheelchairs work but they have to be adjusted to the dog just right. My dog wanted to go backwards at times and I used all the different adjustments but could not get it to work well for him, but it did help. The larger wheelchairs wont go thru some doorways and makes a problem.

Our experience finding the right wheels for our pug was so easy with Walkin' Pets! Directions for measurements were clear, and made finding the right size super-easy. We added on the larger wheels at a later date and I still can't believe how quickly they were shipped. I'd recommend Walkin' Pets whole-heartedly!

These are an amazing group of people at handicapped pets they will go the extra mile to make sure that you get the products that you need to get your baby back on their feet even if it means staying on the phone with you after closing hours. I thank you for getting my senior dachshund who is really deep chested and only about a inch off the ground fit for her quad wheelchair. She Has learned to move it around and find all her favorite places. Especially her toy room You made her feel whole again thank you from the bottom of our hearts
