Very helpful. I am satisfied.

1st - we had to return the first harness because it didn't fit our foster dog as well as expected. The 2nd one arrived soon after we shipped back the 1st one and it works like a dream! We weren't sure since we were buying for a permanent foster / hospice dog, but it seems to have really helped him feel more comfortable about walking around the house and yard & it has prevented him from bumping his head into things.

Great customer service, answered all my questions and asked a few of there own concerning my dog; to make sure we got the right fit.

They offer a complete line of well made, reasonably priced aids for dogs with temporary or permanent disabilities. It did not work out for our dog because she is too weak and frail to benefit from the options they offered. My money was refunded quickly and easily. I would recommend their products and the customer service was excellent.

The replacement parts were just what we needed and it was easy to order. Thanks for the great job as always!

The product that I ordered did not fit my dog. And, although delivery was prompt and the product appeared to be of good quality, I seem to be unable to even get a response regarding the return of the item! Two visits to the website, with e-mail requests have netted no response. I guess my next attempt will be via phone. At this time, I cannot provide a favorable review, based on the lack of communication and difficulty making a return.

My 16 year old terrier lost the use of his back legs this past year, and your store was the only one I found that could provide a back leg harness that 1. Actually fit him, and 2.Allowed him to walk again and be able to relieve himself easily while wearing it. I had several chats with customer service folks to ensure that I was getting the proper size, and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. In short, Walkin Pets was a lifesaver for my pooch!

Bought wheelchair for my doggie and it's working well. Instructions for assembly are clear and they also provide links to videos where you can watch set up. I am very grateful!!!
