We assembled the chair in less than 30 minutes with no problems. Our 165 lb Great Dane girl ( back legs paralyzed), had a chest that was too large to fit in the harness. I cut the harness and 6” from an old collar and sewed it to make larger(worked great). It gave Maddie a chance to walk with other dogs and she loved it. We did buy the largest available and it wouldn’t go through doorways, but highly recommend this for anyone.

We ordered your products with the hope our Border Collie mix dog (Heime) would be able to enjoy his remaining years. He could still walk on his own for short periods, but had trouble with his hind legs. We have a large enclosed indoor area and he was able to start learning to use the wheelchair a few minutes a day. Unfortunately, about 2 weeks later he stopped eating and his health has rapidly worsened. Our vet suspected an onset of kidney failure and did not think it was treatable. Sadly, we had to put Heime to sleep.. That is our only reason for requesting return, which was promptly processed and nearly full refund issued. Thank you.

This is an incredible product! It took some time to adjust the wheels to my dog and have her become comfortable with using it, to be honest. But now that we all have the hang of it, the results are obvious! My dog still has use of her hind legs, but they are very weak- causing her to stumble and fall constantly while walking. Now she can walk, and fast! I look forward to more walks with her instead of stressing that she's in pain.
