WalkinpetsReviews of walkinpets.com

Best wheels out there and I looked at several before ordering. Light weight, well made and certainly well thought out as to design and materials used. I had absolutely no problem putting it together (and I'm 74) and used their online video which was very straight forward and easy to follow, plus I could easily go back and rewatch any section of it as needed. I liked that it didn't require any special tools to assemble it. Fitting it to my dog took some time as each time I put my little Chihuahua into it I could see where adjustments were necessary as to width and height and strap lengths but I would go back to the video and look at the pictures of other dogs in it to see what I needed to do to make it fit my dog. Unfortunately and without going into specifics, due to the nature of my dog's disabilities it won't work for her but that had nothing to do with the wheels themselves. Highly recommend walkinpets.com and their customer service is top rate!

My email was answered quickly and the person was helpful in making sure I ordered the correct wheels for a good fit. Shipping was very fast.

My pet passed away before I could use it. Looks like a good product.

Our Frenchie loves her Walkin Wheels. She was diagnosed with IVDD and despite immediate surgery she will not regain the use of her back legs. Allowing her to have her mobility back and watching her enjoy her wheels has given us great joy!

Everything from ordering the wheelchair and accessories for it right down to putting it all together was easy non-stressful!! Thank you for being such a great company for mobility challenged furbabies!!

Delivery seemed quicker than it had been before.

The Vets briefing video; Quick turn around purchase to arrival; Assembly instructions.

I so appreciate the concerned response to questions that I had regarding the cart and fit of the supports for my GSD. Customer response and efficiency was excellent.
