I had an issue with the wheelchair that I owned for the last 5 years. My disabled dog needs the chair to get around. She has no use of her rear legs at all. When I contacted the company, I was so pleasantly pleased with the company and their understanding of my problem. Autumn immediately researched my problem and came up with a solution right away. My babies me chair is shipped and on the way to us. I can't say enough about the customer service I was given. Thank you so very much Walkin Wheels!!

Very difficult to adjust to the dog even though we bought the frame for a corgi. The halter piece being separate from the frame is a poor design. Not worth the money.

Needed replacement tires and struts for my dog's wheelchair. Ordering was easy delivery was prompt. DOLLY is happy to be mobile again!!!!

I ordered a belly support for my corgi to go with her rear wheels and cart purchased here as well. The support gadget that came with the rear wheels wasn’t really effective. I called and spoke to a nice person who advised me to get the medium for my 24lb corgi. I put it on somewhat loose so that it provides support from her lower ribs to her lower belly. But i did not put it on so tight that she doesn’t have to use her abs a little. I want her to have some support but still use her ab muscles and keep them in shape. It is a wise investment to purchase this belly support. It has a huge area to Velcro and stay attached. I think she appreciates the extra support to keep the strain off her back as her condition worsens slightly with time. I highly recommend investing in this belly support for your dog. It was packaged well and arrived amazingly fast.

One of the latches was broken when I received my product. Customer service was understanding and I had no problems getting it replaced.
