Amazing product that has immensely helped my 12-year-old Saint B (and my back is benefiting too) & awesome customer service . . . They immediately responded to my emails, answered calls without it ringing more than once and a very friendly voice who was more than willing to listen and assist! 💙🐾

directions were clear on how to measure, shipping was really fast. It was easy to set up and very sturdy. My senior dog really likes being able to walk more easily !

Affordable pricing, fast shipment, and my dog is walking better on her leg. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Watching my dog happy is the best and you gave me that happiness

My dog, who already had one bad knee, lost the ability to walk on his own due to bulging discs in late October of 2023. We ordered a cart for him in December, and after a short period of getting him used to it, he now loves it! We go for a wheel around the park just about every day. He still hasn’t figured out that he shouldn’t do a “flop & roll” in the cart, and will occasionally tip himself over trying to have a sprawl in the grass. He split the foam covering of one of the leg rings, but ordering a replacement was easy and delivery was pretty fast.

Not thrilled with product but customer service was great!!! I felt the hock wraps were not well made enough or designed well for the high price. I was slightly bummed that there was sticker saying “made in China” and the thread was already unraveling from the neoprene straight out of the package. I thought it would be much better quality and design. I have purchased hock wraps before. I didn’t return them because of restocking fee and the cost to return. But again, customer service was great!!

I love that the product arrived promptly, beautifully packaged and in excellent condition. I also love that the materials seem very sturdy, and I think it will serve our pug's needs once we get it adjusted correctly. We are struggling with some adjustment issues and will look more into the website to get some assistance. Our pug is quite squirmy when trying to get him situated in the chair, and it's definitely a two-person job to hold him steady and make the necessary adjustments. We're not giving up because we want our pug to have more mobility.

This was a back saver for me. My dog had a bulging disc in his back and lost the use of his back legs. He had surgery but when we brought him home, we had trouble lifting him (he's weight 100 pounds). The Walking Wheels helped my husband and I take him outside.
