My dog is 15, arthritic, no longer mobile on his own. Walkinpets wheelchair has given back his independence. He takes 2 short walks a day. He has no issue emptying while using his wheelchair. We are grateful. He gets excited to get his harness on and has adapted really well. He’s still enjoying life. Thank you.

Great concern and delivery. Only problem was, even though I am certain I measured my daschund correctly, it was too tall for him and I had to cut the back legs down 1.5 inches.

Mainly, dealing with one of the sales associates, Autumn. She was so pleasant, and helpful at the same time. She made me feel as though I was the most important customer the company had. Very patient with answering my questions.

Just ordered the large rear wheelchair for our pup and even from the start Walkinpets is proving to be an upstanding company! Courteous, friendly, relates to clients needs and professional to ensure we receive the correct product we needed. First call was to have questions answered. Then when we called in a second time to place the order, they had retained our notes from before... may not sound like a lot, but truly it speaks volumes to the type of service they provide to someone who hadn't even ordered their product yet! They get fur baby parents and are there to assist... simply said excellent service! Thank you!
