Hello John, Thank you for your review. It can definitely take animals some time to get acclimated to the wheelchair, however we often find that hesitancy towards the wheelchair is often due to it not being set up quite right. Our team would be glad to take a look at pictures of your pup in their wheelchair and provide you with fitting advice so we can make sure your dog is as comfortable as possible.
