My GSD is difficult to fit with some items. The product I ordered fit her body length but her neck was larger than typical for her length and weight. The exchange process was easy and resolved quickly.

Customer service was excellent and very helpful. I ordered the harness. A day later, it turned out our boy was not going to survive. It would have tore me apart to see that harness arrive in the mail after our boy had passed. Customer service was able to stop the order even though it was filled and awaiting shipping pickup.

Firstly it took 3 weeks to receive the order! I did pay an astronomical amount of money for an express delivery - 3 weeks! Secondly I have tried as well as my partner and several other friends to mount the wheel chair on my dog. He is now anxious and afraid and urinates involuntarily when he is placed in the wheel chair. It seems to hinder and hurt him. We have tried over and again the directions but to no avail. Waste of hope, time and money.

I found the assembly pretty easy. I was able to fit him as it was all adjustable. He is an older dog (we foster seniors and hospice) that needs to walk more. He is learning to use it.

It is now into the 2nd week since our order. No product has arrived. Nurses and owner are working hard. Patient needs are not being meet w/out the chair. No idea how good or bad it is - It isn't here to evaluate

I purchased this walker for as a gift for a dog who was diagnosed with IVDD. I live in Indiana, and this little shiz-zu lives in Florida with his mommy and big brother. A friend of mine told me about this little guy. His mommy has a website called Bentley's IVDD Journey on fb. I started following Bentley's journey back in June 2022. He is such an inspiration to all of us that have shiz-zu's. I have since than become very close with this family and after seeing all the treatments and therapy this little guy has gone through and still no results, when I seen him using a pair of wheels that the therapy place let them borrow for a week or so to see how Bentley would do, I was totally captivated. I called Bentleys mommy and got his measurements and as a big surprise to them, I purchased a set of wheels for Bentley. He absolutely loves them. He is always using them. To me, if this could help Bentley, I was all in. When I called to order these wheels for Bentley, the customer service representative was so awesome. She was very very helpful to me. We ordered the wheels on 12/20/22 and they were delivered to Bentley on 1/2/23. Bentley and his family were so surprised and so grateful for these wheels. As long as I can help this little guy in any way, I sure will. I have 2 shiz-zu's myself and they are my world. I could not imagine something like this happening to either of my girls, but if it ever does, I sure know how to help them. My name is Cheryl Hudec.

My dog loves his wheel chair! This has helped so much with his mobility. Easy to use! Don’t get intimidated by putting it together.
