The person on the phone was so great. she walked me through the products and was patient while I measured my dog. We talked about the pros and cons of each model. She gave me time frames for delivery which were accurate. It's tough when your best buddy struggles to walk and she was very kind and compassionate about how the feels

This looks well constructed and I believe it would help our Charlie who has neurological damage. We have not been able to fit it to Charlie. We watched the videos over and over. The videos show the wheelchair being placed on a dog medium size. Charlie is a munchkin cat. We just don’t know how to fit it properly. DMC N Ft Myers Fl

I’m sorry to say that I’m not pleased with the unit I bought. It does not work and fit like I was told it would. I gave the measurements three time to be sure they were correct but the unit is very poorly made and will not stay tight when my dog tries to walk. To be honest it’s shakes like sticks in a wind storm. I was going to return it but got no assistance. I am back to using a towel under her belly like I did before. I wish I had my money back but it’s gone also.

Hi Richard! Thank you so much for leaving a review. Our wheelchairs were designed to have a small amount of movement so the device moves along with your dog. There are also an extra set of screws in your wheelchair box in the tool kit, these can be used to make the wheelchair more rigid, if that is preferred. To see my boy walking again was priceless. He has spinal disease that will eventually end his life we try to make the rest of his days the best ever. This product is a blessing for him and us. We bought the back wheels at first a year later we just bought the front wheels. Just awesome. Thank you so much. Got 1 of their pet carriers as my great dane became tetraplegic. We have to transport her from her bed to the car multiple times for vet appointments and physical therapy. The carrier is waterproof as well and easy to clean. Folds up nicely and can be stored easily. Size wise, it is just enough for my great dane. She is about 80lbs and is on the smaller side for danes. It carries up to 250lbs accdg to the website but I don't think that lengthwise, a bigger dane would fit in it without worry of accidents happening during transport. I would most definitely purchase again should the need arise in the future.

Overall great construction and fairly easy to assemble. The only negative side of the construction of the wheelchair is the connection of the belly support. The string that loops over the front of the harness buckles which helps keep the belly support from moving back doesn't connect to anything so it keeps sliding over the harness buckles. Definitely could use a modification in the design of this part of the chair. Other than that, it's great!

4&1/2 year old wheel chair for 100 lb.+ lab still in use every day. Harness wore out; new one fit exactly like the old one. My "Reckless" is still going strong thanks to her Walkin Wheels chariot that gets her outside at least four times a day.
