My pup and I love this harness! Love it, although do wish it were a bit tougher/stronger to handle the wear and tear and movement of my young pup.

Super fast shipping! Perfect transaction.

I was told this product would work for my rabbit… but it was too heavy. On top of the payment I made to you. I was charged import tax. All was to no use. Very disappointed. Amir

Excellent service, far better than I even expected. We ordered a wheelchair for our 17 y.o. dog with hopes it would make her last days more comfortable. It was over the weekend when most businesses are closed. Our little Angel deteriorated over the weekend to the point we felt the wheelchair would arrive too late. I called on Monday am to cancel and had a very compassionate and helpful lady cancel the order without question. It was so nice to have this go smoothly so I could concentrate my energy with my little dog.

We needed to FaceTime for extra help on our end. This was extremely beneficial and Morgan (sp?) was great to work with. She could see where our difficulty was and was able to make a great assessment.

Thank you for the endless amount of assistance I needed to get my Winston his wheels. The absolute best customer service I’ve ever had. Thank you Jillian for all of your time.

This is a beautifully made harness. Thoughtfully constructed and easy to use. My only problem is that the fasteners are almost impossible for me to undo. Also, I wish you had a donation option for used harnesses. Our house, property and climate made it impossible to use a cart. I now have a used harness that will be looking for a good home.

Everyone there was very professional and sweet with our dog! We loved the photos of the therapy session and the video of our dog in the hydrotub. The portal is also simple to use.
