The product is the correct item but there was no clear time frame on how long it was going to take and we had to improvise going another route because it took too long. Product was never used and I have sent out a return form and helps to get a return label back.

Their customer service is wonderful and caring. They go the extra mile to make sure that our puppy has everything she needs to fit her perfectly. They are even willing to talk on the phone to make sure that I understand everything. You can tell they like their job as well. That speaks well for a company.

Fast shipping. Great products and one very happy Frenchie The upgraded harnesses are so comfortable and give my boy a whole new freedom. We are so grateful for you

The customer care girls are wonderful. I have had trouble fitting my cat into the "wheels", as well as getting her to walk. They have been full of suggestions, all very helpful.

The fact you're out there for our fur babies.

Wonderful great service

I ordered Walkin' Rear Splint for my aged aching dog. The measuring and fitting for the size that was needed was very clear. the product arrived for my use super fast. It is very easy to use and the fit is perfect. my dog got used to it really fast and the walking got much easier for her. I would definitly recommend for others to order from walkin' pets. Thank you very much.
