I was skeptical on her my dogs size because she is a 7lbs long body chiuaua and she was 1 inch longer then her measurement for small so we got medium and it was big. I called and informed them my concern and they recommended the small but also added a long width bar for the back. I'm so glad they did tat because it's what exactly she needed.

Product is great but i made my order in a Saturday and paid for next day air yet order didn’t ship until Monday and product didn’t arrive until Tuesday morning. I would suggest adding some language around shipping speed in the weekend. Thank you!

Very nice rep went the extra mile to assist great experience

Teddy came to use with his back legs paralyzed already and a Walking Pet cart which is essential to his well-being and good health. He is in it every day and it is how he gets around outside, meeting new friends on the trails and enjoying nature. We just got new wheels and the skis and are looking forward to more snow so we can test them out. The WP team could not have been nicer or more helpful as they answered all our questions and only provided what we needed. Thank you WP!

This wheelchair is made with quality materials…sturdy but lightweight. alt there are a zillion adjustments that are needed to fit you pup, at least it WILL fit your pup. i did end up getting help of the masculine kind but it fits her much better now ( i have no patience!) i’m grateful that this product is available commercially and isn’t a custom made chair with a custom price. as we were making adjustments we couldn’t help but admire the thoughtful design that was put into this chair.

I ordered a calendar…..it did not take long for me to receive it.
