The braces do not fit I went by the measurements provided and I cannot tighten them to secure them my pet cannot walk in them at all they are very cumbersome and will not tighten I need to either get a refund or I need to order the medium size instead of the large.

Prompt delivery and guided visual instructions much appreciated! Love the versatility of the fit and support harnesses. Easy to take on/off. My old stubborn pug is refusing to walk in it but at least it offers him some stability and frees up my hands/back! Thank you. :)

Our pup Molly adapted quickly and enjoyed the cart. Unfortunately she passed on this week due to increasingly severe seizures and spinal condition. But we appreciate how fast you shipped this to us and wish she had more time to enjoy her new found freedom.
Response from WalkinpetsFeb 25, 2023
Sandra, our team as saddened by the passing of Molly.
