New legs!
This has been a life saver for my frenchie. I didn’t think he would take to it since he is older but he loves it!

Disgusting my dig has died i wanted her ti be able to walk w her wheelchair but every harness was wrong i spoke to someone after first harness was wrong and she knew what harness i needed unfortunately we ordered small which was too small all i needed was medium large instead again wrong one semt then 5 th one was correct however she is gone and i had yo pay shipping and teturn fees 4 times that is not OK IS LIKE TO BE REFUND FOR ALL VERY SAD NOT OK

The walking wheels is sturdy and well…
The walking wheels is sturdy and well designed. I’m having trouble getting my dog who has paralyzed rear legs, to walk in it. Doesn’t seem to be fearful of it, but tries to back up and becomes frustrated, he’s a pit bull and stubborn.

Mark, we do have some tutorials on our website as well as our YouTube channel. While some pets can be fearful, once the fear is overcome we are confident that your pet will enjoy the wheels. We also have wheelchair specialists on staff who would be happy to work with you.

The only problem I had was the lack of instructions in the box.
The only problem I had was the lack of instructions in the box. We figured it out with the the photos on the box and some of the videos on your site but it could be a much more seamless experience. The quality of the wheelchair is great!

Laurie, you have my apologies for lack of instructions in the box. Each box has a glossy set of instructions. In this case, it appears they were not present. My shipping department just conducted a spot check of our products to ensure the presence of the instructions. It looks like your box somehow fell through the cracks. If you still need instructions, please contact our customer care group.

Product faulty and Customer service was very poor
Customer service was very poor. I called and left multiple messages to customer service and it took 3 days for them to get back to me. When they did get back their advice and support did not help.

First they shipped someone else's order to me and then when I got the correct order it wasn't as advertised. There is not 2 different cutouts and no way for dogs to pee while in the harness.

Lisa, thanks for the review. The harness is designed to allow a dog to eliminate wastes. This review was shared with our product specialist. While the harness is designed to fit most dog's anatomy, there are times that we run into sizing issues. If this issue persists, we would love to talk through it with you.

We absolutely love our dog wheelchair
These wheelchairs are very well made, ours fit our disabled dog easily. I really like the adjustability so we could adjust the wheel height by small amounts as the dog recovered. We set it so her toes barely touched at first, got her motion back, then gradually lowered her as she improved and could walk on her own.
