The buttons to make adjustments are horrible, they push into bars to easily and I have to dig them out. The bars do not slide easily and stick, making adjustment challenging. I have had to grease all the parts to get them to glide easily.

Marie, thanks for taking the time to review the buttons. That is definitely not how they are supposed to work. I have shared this review with our Product Engineering group. If this product does not seem to work as advertised, please contact our customer care group at (888) 253-0777.

Fast shipping and they are very responsive to questions and helping get the fit right. I haven't gotten the fit totally down on my girls wheelchair because she is making great strides in healing and is refusing to use the wheelchairright now lol, but walking pets has been there with adjustment ideas and even sending different parts to make it fit right

Michael, we stand willing and able to assist you in any way possible. Please do not hesitate to reach out if we may be of any assistance.

overall it is ok, but the wheel is not very well made for a large/string dog. I purchased parts and also a new one since it was on sale in case the one we bought less than a year ago is pretty much falling apart with screws that fell out the first month we bought it and the cap covering the side bars fell out. It should be made better to with stand larger dog if it’s sold for a larger dog.

Aeran, thanks for taking time to review the product. This information is being passed along to our Product Engineering group for review. We are always working to improve the product. We appreciate the time that you took to review.

It just not staying put, we followed the direction, it stays in place as long as she doesn't move but when she starts walking it slides to her backside. We really wanted it to work but just doesn't work for our fur baby.
Response from WalkinpetsMar 9, 2023
Beryl, that experience is definitely not what it should be. Our customer care group would love to work with you to ensure that the unit is put together properly and/or to get a unit to you that works as advertised. Please contact us at (888) 253-0777.

Excellent! Went thru the application process with ease. Instructions are great and I appreciate the fact that even after receiving the wheelchair, I know I have an outlet for any questions or concerns that may arise. My baby, a 80 pound American Staffordshire Terrier that’s full of love and life is going to finally be able to enjoy some independence 🐾 His life has been full of hardships and humans disappointing and hurting him. He deserves the absolute BEST in his senior years. And I feel like the luckiest girl in the world to be the human that gives that to him. He’s my ride or die ❤️
