Ordered a wheelchair for my arthritic senior dog and received it in 5 days. The chair is very easy to assemble (assembly directions are excellent) and a well made product. I am in the process of getting my dog use to it. The instructions include recommendations on how to get a dog comfortable using the chair.

Thank you, James, for the great review. We are certainly glad that everything has come together well. We have tutorials on our website and YouTube station that can assist with getting your dog comfortable with the wheelchair.

Customer service was great! Unfortunately, my dog couldn’t use the bootie splint I ordered because it was too heavy.
Response from WalkinpetsMar 9, 2023
We are sorry to hear that the bootie splint did not work as you had hoped. If there is any assistance that we may offer in the future, please do not hesitate to ask.

First time buying from this company. Great quality items, well packed and quick shipping. The bonus toy and treat was a nice surprise too. The fit of the booties was good and already making a difference for our old girl getting around.
