First off I would just like to say thank you for letting my family have a few final walks with our baby boy. Unfortunately, due to the sudden rapid decline we only got to use the chair for a week before our baby went over the rainbow bridge. We are heartbroken but couldn’t more appreciative on the quick delivery process and the ability to have a few lasting memories. I must say I did not care too much for the back harness design all that much. I understand the concept but unfortunately the straps kept loosening up when we would attach them to the chair (most likely due to the weight of my dog) Also the plastic clips that hook on the chair, snapped on the 4th day. Keep in mind we were using this on a Great Dane so for those with smaller dogs I’m sure that would not be a problem. Again, it was worth every penny for those last few walks and I would recommend anyone going through what we did to get a wheelchair and enjoy those last few moments.

Alexander, you have our profoundest condolences. Our team works hard to ensure that you can spend the most amount of time remaining with your baby boy. If there is anything that we may do in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us.
