Our dog really can’t walk anymore without his wheels. So when a buckle broke we were anxious to get another one asap. The staff was knowledgeable and helped us get the piece we needed to get rolling again. Thanks so much!

My product arrived quickly and they seem really sturdy. But I ordered a large and I need to send it back and get extra large. (Hope they will fit) But I have to wait to send the large back because I have Covid and can't leave my house. I will let the company know when I have sent the package out. Thank you

I was really excited to get this product for our elderly pet that was loosing use of his hind legs. We received it promptly but unfortunately our pet didn’t hang on long enough to use it. Walkin’ Pets made the return extremely easy, providing a return label for discounted shipping by Fed Ex. Great to deal with.

I called customer service with concerns about the sizing of the wheelchair I ordered and she was very helpful and reassured me that I got the proper size. She was very friendly. I had to order a different harness for my dog because the one that came with the wheel chair was too big. I love the fact that Walkin’ Pets sends their customers an email to call or reply to ensure that their customer is getting the right item/size for their pet.

The website was easy to navigate and I found what I needed quickly. They also gave you the information you needed to order the correct size. It was processed and delivered to me within a few days of ordering it and it’s exactly what they said it would be. My dachshund now has better mobility than she did when she first hurt her back. Had an issue with the harness on my pets wheelchair. After one use it frayed beyond repair. Sent an email to the customer service department. Had a reply in hours. Explained the situation and circumstances, sent photos and was assured all would be taken care of and new parts would be sent out. I anticipated a day or two wait. The next day I arrived at home after work and there was a package with the new harness! Best service I've experienced in quite some time. My pet loves his ability to get around again. The product is sturdy, adjustable and stable. Only problem, my pet gets going a bit fast at times and has rolled over while making a quick turn. Rarely happens and he's still seeing what and where it'll take him. Many Thanks to Handicapped Pets for this!
