Shipped and arrived quickly. Took some time to figure it out and my fingers have some difficulty with the snaps but that's probably because I am old a arthritic. My Betty and I are adjusting to it together. Hoping it will make life better for us both

We are not use the walker full time as of now.It is of course more suitable for the outside. Inside the dog needs to be on a leash. Also, our dog comes in at 80 lb. and in a sharp turn tips the walker over since he has problems with his hindlegs. I am sure that over time the walker will proof to be very helpful.

Great product! Comes with everything you need. Very adjustable. My dog adjusted to the walking wheels quickly. I'm so happy he can rehab without putting too much weight on his back legs. Highly recommend.

I received my package so quickly (and according to my specific instructions) that it was as if they were standing outside my door! The product itself (indoor walkin' scooter) is much better made and better looking than I anticipated. It fits my lb. shih tzu well and can be adjusted if she gains or loses weight. It rolls nicely on my wood laminate floors. I can't comment on the usefulness of it regarding the user yet, because she is senile and cranky, but for now she did agree to stay in it while eating her dinner. The experience with HandicappedPets.com was great.
