Customer
The wheels are great. Simple enough to hook up although there is a learning curve to attach it quickly and a learning curve for my dog. Margo is 15 and it gives her independence. She likes to walk the yard and driveway and sniff at her will. She also likes to eat in it. Thank you!
Response from WalkinpetsApr 19, 2023
Thank you for this review and so happy to hear that Margo is doing well.

The first time I ordered a wheelchair I had to cancel it and the 2nd time I ordered a wheelchair I received it on Saturday and I had to put my fur baby down on Friday and Walkin pets helped out on both occasions. The first time they canceled my order no questions asked and the 2nd time I was emailed a return paper so I could return my order Hassel free

Exceptional service over the phone. Exceptional experience. The item came through. Unfortunately my dog froze when I put it on him. The product was exceptional.
