Terrible service/shipping
First the fact that I received a survey to review my products before I ever received my order should tell you the whole experience. I paid for rush shipping because my dog was drastically deteriorating rapidly. She had injured her leg and back and had began knuckling in her right back leg. I reached out to this company for two products the vet recommended. I needed the products asap. Paid for rush shipping and still haven’t received anything and it’s now 8 days after my order. I’ve been on hold over 20 minutes and still caller number 2. I would never order from this company ever again.

Debbie, thanks for your comments. After reviewing your case, it appears that the shipping chosen was Fedex Home Delivery, which is 3-6 business days from shipping. Based on the date of the order, the product is scheduled to arrive within that window today. All of the shipping partners count business days, not weekends for delivery windows. Also, thanks for noting the time spent on hold. Unfortunately, the Monday that you attempted to contact the customer care group, there was in large spike from the normal call volume. We apologize for not hitting your service standards.

Their products are life changing for the pets and their families♥️
We purchased a rear wheelchair and scooter for a friend‘s older Pitbull. She hadn’t been able to go for walks or get around the house very well for awhile. Once we took these over to her she was just like her old self. It was amazing to see! She took right to both products immediately and was zooming around the house. It was so worth it to see her so happy.

I went back a forth between a few…
I went back a forth between a few different wheelchairs and was skeptical on walking pets just because it was the most affordable one. I seriously could not be happier. It's super heavy duty, my dog is beyond comfortable and it came within two days of ordering it. I would highly recommend and would definitely purchase again!

Everything was streamlined and fast
Everything was streamlined and fast. I placed my order on Tuesday, got an email asking to confirm some things a couple hours later, and got everything by Thursday. The wheelchair itself is sturdy and fits our boxer perfectly. She is able to walk again after severely limited mobility for the past several months. I highly recommend!
