The customer service was the best I ever had.. iwas rude to her and she helped me anyway.. I called her the next day and apologized over and over.. she was so sweet to me. I started to cry .. it ment the wold to me that she understood and helped.. God bless her .

Customer service and they do really care for the animals.

Extremely fast and just as ordered!

jillian was great on email us back kept us up to date great pruduct hard to put together if your old but works great very happy all the way around

Courteous, helpful people. A pleasure to work with.

Clearly your staff is compassionate and caring, the chair itself good quality and solidly built. I wish you had a chair a little easier for those of us over the age of 65 with big dogs to get in and out of. I have a Doberman male, rear paralyzed and it's honestly a struggle for me to pick him up to put him in his chair and moving his rear legs to get into the x seat. Plus my brat child is under the age of two and he continued to chew through two harnesses until I did an inverted short plastic cone over his neck covering his chest. Maybe work on those two functions, a chair easier to use for those of us with bigger dogs and older ourselves and a non chew strapping system..... It's a great chair, he whizzes past everyone effortlessly

Came right away. Made very well. Unfortunately my dog is 18 and this was a last Hope purchase and she is beyond needing this puppy wheels. I would recommend this item to friends though.
