Quick shipping along with excellent, prompt customer service and communication. I could quickly tell the splint I ordered wouldn't work upon opening the box, because it was stiffer than what our dog needs. They easily and quickly processed my return, emailing my return label and refunding me within 3 says once they received it back.

Our boy Smokey is 12 years old and he has arthritis in his back leg so we ordered him the XL Rear Harness. He always runs big in sizes. It looked like a great product but unfortunately was too big for our boy, so I returned it this past Saturday 4/29/23 with a note requesting it in a size L and that Walkin’ Pets could charge me for the shipping. Today 5/3/23 I received a $10 refund, so I emailed Autumn for an update and she emailed me back right away telling me the $10 refund was due to the difference in cost from changing sizes and that the package had already shipped and was out for delivery, and sure enough it was at our door! And they didn’t charge for shipping the exchanged harness, wow! What a great way to make your customers feel cared for and that their pets needs are important to Walkin’ Pets, and Autumn’s prompt responses, helpfulness, and compassion are unparalleled! We really appreciate you all taking care of us and we can’t thank you all and Autumn enough, keep up the great work and give Autumn a big kudos bonus! Thank you, thank you, thank you💗

This review is based solely on the fantastic customer service I received. I jumped the gun a bit after a diagnosis my dog received and ordered the product. I was then told by my vet that my pup wouldn’t require a wheelchair. I requested a refund before the order was shipped and received a quick response and a full refund.

Everything I ordered was just as described. Good quality, fit, and price. You are my #1 place to shop for my fur babies.

Unfortunately my dog just could not get used to the device. But, I would recommend it for others to try.
