We have been using our Walkin' Lift Rear harness for a week now and it has been a game changer. Our 12yo shepherd mix can no longer walk on her own and using a towel to support her hind legs was just not working. Our dog seems comfortable and sleeps well in the harness. She is happier now that she can get around easier and isn't bothered when we use it to completely lift her up. A few things to note - We are still trying to get the right size and fit. Adjusting the harness isn't simple and since my dog cannot stand at all, it's also difficult to get on her. I haven't figured out how to adjust it so she doesn't urinate on it, so it gets rather gross. We are still going through trial-and-error to get it perfect, but I think we're close. Luckily it washes really well and is very well made.

My original order had not arrived and it was 10 days after shipped… so when I called The customer service representative was beyond helpful and sent me out the brace for my injured puppy overnight at no additional cost to me. It doesn’t matter what problem occurs… it’s how you resolve it that really matters. I have already ordered two more items since that and I want to thank you for taking care of me and my puppy Jennifer Swank.

Ordering the cart was easy but when it came time to put it together it was a nightmare. I got the quad cart. I found videos for the front wheels. I contacted customer service and they sent me a video to help me with the 'quad' cart. It was ...again .... for the front wheels. I tried contact them again and sat on hold. I give up.

I've had a set of wheels for my dog for over 3 years. In that time I've had to order new knuckles , new clips to hold up the stirrups ( after 3 sets broke i just went to a hardware store and got some metal clips to use) and the harness that clips into her rear wheel wheelchair literally rotted and fell apart . I've tried finding bigger/wider wheels for her wheelchair because she rolls out into the yard and just stops and stands there and doesn't move around. The wheels are small and the are hard for her to pull over rough terrain. bigger/wider? Wheels would help her maneuver my yard better. When i oredered the harness when hers fell apart and I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. I opened it realized it was wrong and returned it immediately without even trying it on my dog at all. It was a front harness for a front wheeled chair. We have a rear wheeled chair. I put it back in the bag and send it in to return it . I later got pictures of an item that was damaged and they said that I was refused my refund because I returned damaged item. I don't believe I returned to damage item but the message went to a spam folder so I didn't see it . There was a deadline to reply and I missed it. but they attached photos, the photos show an item that has a mesh cloth on it. the item I returned had no mesh cloth on it and I asked for a picture of the entire item because they just sent small photos of damage . Some damage is on an item with mesh. they never responded to any of my emails, which is my fault for missing the " deadline " to reply. I am an extremely small special needs animal rescue and every penny we spend is precious to us as we pay for 96 percent of all our animals care.

Very nicely constructed walking boot. I bought it for my weimaraner puppy who fractured his elbow and was knuckling his paw. I was worried he might have nerve damage but of course he stopped the day after I received the boot. At least I've got a tool in my arsenal because I'm sure it will come in handy at some point. And I'll definitely show it to his veterinarian because I've worked in the field and it's something for anyone who's got a puppy/dog with an injury!

Prior to ordering the items, I was in communication with the company and I queried shipping times seeing as it was critical to my dog's current health condition. They confirmed that the International Priority Courier service would take 1 Business Day so I went ahead with the order. However, after placing the order, I received the tracking info indicating ONE WEEK for delivery - which is when I actually received the package - a week after ordering!! Thankfully I did not choose the International Economy option which stated 2-3 Business Days because I guess that would take 2 to 3 weeks. I would also like to add that I paid an additional $100 to FEDEX for clearance. There was no indication of any potential additional charges.
