Nicely constructed but my dog struggles to walk with these wheels. Approaching two weeks of working with my dog with the wheels but not making any progress.

I'm not very happy with my purchase. Parts were missing and absolutely know instructions on how to put it together. I think for the amount that I paid it should have at least let me know how to put it together so my poor dog can use it.

Sadly my dog was terrified of the cart, I did not want her to injure herself while trying to put her in it. When I chatted to do the return, I felt like it was a struggle to get an approximate restocking fee, I understand, but I never even used the cart,and when I received it,there were 2 clips missing,but I never called to say that because I was planning on using the double ones. I am sure upon returning,I would have been charged for them,although I never had them. I will just donate the cart, it seems like a hassle to return it,like many reviews have said the same... too bad

Handicapped pets dot com really came through with a new wheelchair for my lame pug, Trixy. She is new to the disabled lifestyle, so we are trying to find tools to improve Trixy's quality of life. Dr Cole at Aurora Animal Hospital in Fairbanks gave me the recommendation. We followed the instructions on the web site, and provided the simple required measurements to fit the wheelchair to my pug. We then ordered the resulting wheelchair as recommended. When the wheelchair arrived, we built it according to the clear instructions provided. After minor adjustments, we fit the wheeled cart to a harnessed Trixy, and she was off! We all cheered Trixy as she ran around like a healthy, fun loving pug. I've looked for a walker for my Berner for awhile. This one is lightweight but not chincy, these are quality materials. The shipping is fast and since Sarge's condition is progressing that was important. He hasn't figured out that he can go potty while he's in the cart yet but he will. Sarge's cart will fit through the door. We love this walker!
