Instructional video was very helpful words can not express what it means for my boy Rhino to be able to go on his walks again!

The frame design is excellent. The wheels and chest harness do not match frame quality. Plastic and loose, stitching is poor. The included chest harness has defective stitching on red under strap and connector fell off within a week in the introduction phase. However the additional underbelly support strap allows me to continue using cart. Too bad the method of wrapping string per video to hold unferbelly strap in place is no go. Website sizing charts are confusing even with measurements. Too easy to get wrong sizes. Not exactly sure on return methods for selected items but I have to replace two harnesses. Otherwise I'm glad to have this cart to assist my family member.

Very quick to get the harnesses to me. Easy directions on the website on how to measure my dog properly.

Shipping was quick. My 60 pd. 14.5 yo setter slipped on hotel floor just before husbands surgery. I had dog who could not walk & husband in ICU. Rear harness I had did not allow urination w/out interference. With this harness I don't have to wash dog daily & he is walking with assistance. Life saving literally - didn't have to put him down while there is still alot of life in him. Dogs mobility is progressing. He has a narrow hip/hind end, so fits thighs but large up around hip/groin. Its hard to get buckles to hold but I finally have them secured. I've been lifting him into auto, walking him and getting him around for over 2 weeks now. We will be able to return home as a family. Luke (dog) recovered from a seizure years ago and massive stroke last Dec. He keeps adjusting and modifying his stance and walk. I'm not sure if he will stand on his own again but just standing with help means so much to keep him clean while eliminating. I also wrapped a velcro "handle" around the 2 lifting straps to help keep them where I can find them. I'll add a photo if possible.

The representative was kind, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She could answer all my questions and I felt I could trust her; she made the whole experience easy.

Not sure what is wrong, but the training did not go well My belief is the wheelchair is to large and i made every adjustment available. Still could not make it work. I need to return the devise so would you let me know how this work,
