I am amazed by the customer service! They are absolutely fantastic. A mistake was made on my original order and they fixed it immediately. They could not have been more friendly or easier to work with. The buddy up harness is perfect for my lab with spinal stenosis. He can now go up and down the stairs - with help. He is much happier and in less pain. Thank you for all you do and do it with smiles on your faces!

Your app was misleading I thought you were sending me a handicap cart not a $5. Dollar piece of Velcro for $38 I think that is taking advantage of people with handicap animals! I would like my money back I’m very unhappy

Measurements did not work for my goat. We have had 3 flat tires, and still trying to get front and back even.

The wheelchair came promptly, was easy to fit to my dog and works great. My hind-end paralyzed Frenchie took off the minute she got wheels and is lightning fast! It took her all of 5 min to master it!
