The quality of the wheelchair is absolutely amazing and easy to put together. Jillian and Josh from the company had been absolute superstars with assistance and their service is well deserved a shout out. Was recommended by the vet and have to say it’s worth every penny you spent as my boy is absolutely loving his wheelchair and he is a very happy boy.

I am not happy with getting less than half my money back on a product that was never used because it didn’t fit.

Everything I needed for my fur baby was awesome and great. I had no problems with Walkin' Pets and what I ordered was absolutely Brilliantly correct and the harness fit more than perfect. I was so impressed and was really looking forward to help my baby, who became suddenly blind, trying to adjust to life much easier with the halo. However, my fur baby could not, after multiple attempts tolerate her nose touching the halo everytime she turned her head. Looking straight ahead wasn't the issue. The issue is that irregardless there will be numerous distractions which causes her to turn her head. Everytime she does, she hits the halo with her nose and then freaks. Thus, the reason for my having to return the halo and harness for a refund. I'm so sad that this isn't working for my baby. It's bad enough that she became blind so suddenly. I put my heart and soul in to finding something to help her in this unfortunate new chapter of her life. I really thought the halo would work to help ease my baby into her sight less new world and I think it would have been perfect if it weren't for the fact that she literally would freak when her nose hit the halo and freeze in one place as if the world just stopped. Thus, I truly believe Walkin' Pets is Brilliant in all they do. I feel badly that my baby didn't tolerate the halo after numerous attempts with differing behavior tactics.

There is no consistency on the fitting. First one we bought fit okay, 2nd one didn't. I had to keep twisting to fit my pup's foot/paw. It is very pricy for the quality they provide. It didn't last long because the bottom part of the shoe wore out very quickly. The cushion that I bought in addition to it, didn't really glued in on the shoe much.

Company responded to my enquiry. The postal service to NZ was as promised and medium Walkin wheels fits my dog with MD perfectly and he now has gained back his daily enjoyment of going for a walk. 😊👍

Customer service was very helpful on exchanging the model that I ordered wrong and helped me get the correct one ordered
