I ordered a shorter width connector and a belly support for my corgi. However, a harness was sent to me instead. After reporting the mistake, I was told the correct items would be sent. When I got the 2nd package, the width connector was missing. I'm very disappointed with the carelessness of your shipping department. At the meantime, I can't use the wheelchair without the correct width connector.

A quality product that is fairly easy to use. Minor issue is the adjustment pop buttons are difficult for me. If you push them in too far, you have to fish them out. My dog is stubborn and her mobility harness was not compatible with the shoulder harness for the rear only wheelchair, so getting her to stand long enough to attach the chair to the harness also wasn't working. I added the front end attachment and this addition has made all the difference in getting her up and moving. She does have to be lifted up and then put down into the quad straps, but she is much happier with the four wheels and is learning to trust the chair. We saw an improvement in her ataxia with just one use. I have not used the customer service, but the company has been good about letting me know that it is available if needed.

You charged me $8.41 for a simple email and $21.00 for re stocking fee and the way your add read it made me think I needed to order four and the math don’t add up you ripped me off !!!

Wonderful qualiity splints but my cat is small. I did buy the adhesive backed foam rubber sheet but I could not find a video on how to use the foam pad. My cat was walking on his heels instead of his toes - front feet. He looks at me and then pulls his foot out. If I can figure out how to use the foam, I will be more pleased.

Ordered from this company and am so disappointed rear leg splint was so hard and uncomfortable for my dog that he couldn’t even walk in it contacted them to inform them and had a choice to either return it myself or get a label from them decided to return to them myself costing €19 tracked even though they charged me €39 shipping ( same journey) plus be aware if you are outside USA you will be charged customs fedex will contact you before releasing your item Please read the fine print carefully as with the shipping and customs it cost more than the actual product when I emailed them all I got was well you were sent the terms and conditions and agreed to them eventually got another product from an extremely helpful company buyer beware

I found the company online. It was the only company that actually had what l was looking for. I ordered the product. It came as stated in on time delivery.The brace was well made and sturdy. It fit well. My dog is injured and although he did not like having his leg/ paw braces he was able to use the product.

Poor customer service. Product itself is decent.
