I tried to send a brace back you said it was damaged and had poop on it. It was the wrong brace I called and the person told me that is the wrong brace. So I put a brace on the dog it don't fit I send it back so how was going to know if it worked or not? Was I suppose to keep him on the carpet how would you know the brace is working or not???? you return policy needs re-worked you basically took my money and now you have the brace to boot???? send the brace back if your not going to send my money back

It was easy to purchase, but I need help putting it together - my son-in-law will be doing that - meanwhile, Mazie is without -- she is getting stronger every day but needs the help of the wheelchair -- your prices are great for someone like me - I have a limited income the refurbished works for me -- when Mazie is through with it I will donate to the local shelter so that another animal can use it to get around and possibly get adopted

This device has most certainly helped her in getting around. I don’t worry about her, banging her head into furniture and walls as much. The biggest issue I have had is within one week the stitching on the edges is starting to fray, especially under the chest material. I am constantly having to re-bend the halo because she bends it whenever she goes into the walls. She is a French bulldog so she is strong but at times I feel the device is not strong enough for her.
