Great customer service! Your team double checked my measurements and asked me to send pictures to make sure our dog would be fitted properly. The wheelchair is great and our dog Motley loves being able to stand up and be a dog again after 9 months.

The unit sent to me is simply too big and bulky for my dog. I have requested a refund and have not received a response. I’m incredibly disappointed.

Nice quality. I would’ve given you a 5 star review but the harness and the wheels don’t quite match up. The left side loop seems smaller than the right side making it very difficult to insert the bar. The harness itself is much smaller than our large Pug Life harness and it cost twice as much. I understand it’s made specifically for our wheels. A little disappointed. Just a little.
