I got a wheelchair for my 11 year old Boxer mix Rocky who was officially diagnosed with DM about a month ago. I was referred to a Facebook group called Tyson's Love Hope and Wheels which helps dogs with a handicap. They were able to loan us a wheelchair for Rocky and only asked for a donation to cover shipping. We gladly made a donation and will continue to donate as we can. We honestly can't thank them enough they are absolutely amazing. I have also recommended Walking Pets products to my neighbor for their senior dog who also has mobility issues.

I'm very thankful for walking wheels, they went above and behond, I asked probable a ton of questions through facebook chat before I decided to get one, wasn't sure it the chair was gonna to work but then I see videos of livestock using the large wheelchairs, then I brought a REFURBISHED Large Wheelchair came with the 16in air tires but also brought the 20in tires just in case the chair wasn't tall enough for my #170 Great Dane at 8yr old. Just wish they still sold the skis for the wintertime, but they said it wasn't a big hit. The only thing I didn't like was the bungies cords/stirrup holder that are supposed to help kept your dog's rear leg up, just isn't working very well probably cause his leg probably because his strong Muscle spazzing due to DM, but other than the stirrups not working out, I'll still give them a 5 because if it wasn't for this company I would had to go with another company spend thousands for a custom chair and probably have to order an engine lift to put him in the cart. So now GREAT DANE can go play with his doggie friends again!!!

Didn't get what I bought now my dog has to wait for a company othere then ya to be able get around if it had no stars I would marked it

I did the online chat to order a refurbished set of wheels. The customer service woman was quite helpful and polite. We received it very quick! It was easy to put together. We have a few minor adjustments to do for Kota...but I think she will love it.

Missing multiple (needed) parts in my order, however customer service did send them out once I notified them of the issue.

When the product I ordered arrived with the wrong wheels, I called for help and followed up with an email. I truly appreciated the prompt response to my email and help in amending the error. Customer service was above and beyond my expectations. They were incredibly thoughtful and supportive and I received the replacement right away. Thank you so much!

The Walkin' Hip-EEZ and Up and Go leash are well made. We are in process of determining if the Hip EEZ is too large for my handicapped pup. It is a bit hard to get on her as she needs help to stand. If I have one complaint it's the pads that go around the leg straps the around the legs. The pad is not attached in any way and falls off the strap while putting on the dog. It requires a plyers or hemostat to reach in and grab the strap attachment to pull back through the pad. A friend suggested stick-on velcro....just a tiny two sided piece. When we are sure it fits properly we will probably do this. We are hoping to use this in hydrotherapy for my pup w the between legs piece to help prevent her legs from crossing while walking in the water. We have not used it yet as still determining the correct size of the wrap.
