I actually ordered a dog wheel chair then canceled the order and turned around and reordered the next day. I called and explained what was going on and the customer representative was so helpful and most of all understanding. My dog was having significant mobility problems but what I didn't know was my dog was never going to walk again. By the time the wheel chair came, and it did come in a timely fashion, my dog died that very day. I made another call and explained what had happened. The company refunded the price of the wheelchair and were very understanding. I sent the package back without ever opening it. I highly recommend this company for giving your pet help with mobility. Just be more watchful of your pet and don't wait to get him/her help.

So far, so good. Had a brief conversation with customer service prior to ordering. Helped me order the correct size parts. Fitting the ass end was tricky. I would have preferred metal D rings. The whole set up is pretty adaptable. Hopefully I'll never have to use it. It looks like it will work pretty well if I do.

The wheelchair arrived timely and was easy to put together and fit my pet in.

Was not what I thought I was ordering

The return policy is vague and misleading. I returned a brace for a partial refund based on the policy as written only to be denied (it needed cleaning). And then I couldn't get the brace back because of the high shipping cost, so I ended up with nothing. Had I known returns are routinely denied because of cleaning, I would have cleaned it myself or I would not have returned it at all.

I have been buying from walking wheels for years. Not sure if it’s always been this way but my newest wheel chair has made In China stickers all over box. I really hope it’s the same quality Thought this was all made in America

The company reached out to ensure my pup had the right size cart. It fits perfectly and he loves his new wheels!

The entire experience was lovely. they gave great explanations and videos which were super helpful in choosing which size I needed, measuring my dog and setting up the "wheels" when they arrived. Customer service was very supportive and follow up was good. Everything arrived on time and well packaged with easy instructions. Most importantly my dog is loving being mobile once again. Thank you!!
