The fact that I actually got it put together and I love it! So does my dog. It took a long time with several rest periods for me to figure it out but, it's wonderful and worth the effort.

You were very helpful in determining the correct size for my dog. the product arrived in two days and was very easy to assemble.

The sizing guide made it easy to get the brace. As our boy is a whippet with slender legs, we got the extra foam and were able to customize it for a perfect fit. He got used to wearing it pretty quickly and his foot is much better! A woman saw him wearing it and asked about getting one for her dog. I was happy to give her your information.

Customer service is just bad. They don't respond. I've purchased a chair from them and got no help sizing it or getting the pieces I needed. I bought smaller wheels thinking that would help but they don't fit so I needed to return them. I haven't heard from them since. I honestly am so disappointed in the lack of care they show after you spend money.

It is difficult to keep the boots in position. They keep slipping around and the dog ends up walking on the top instead of the bottom. Also they are wearing out after 10 days or so of use. My dog has hip dysplasia and drags her foot a lot, but I had still hoped they would last longer than that.

Who wouldn't want wheels for his 16th birthday? My doxie loved his new walkin wheels. Anytime he had the harness on, he was ready to go. The additional support for his rear legs made Karl more mobile.
