Customer service is outstanding. There are some really thoughtful and caring individuals working for Walkin' Pets by Handicapped Pets. That alone makes me recommend them. I was happy with the quality of materials and the function of the item I purchased as well.

Ease of web site, one day priority not so much

Didn't help at all. Be careful before you buy and read the return policy. It would have influenced my decision a lot.

The wheelchair is quality and it's functional. A little effort to get adjusted but T-bone loves it. Having the mobility makes my life easier too. I'm glad and satisified that I bought it. It came with 8" wheels that I liked. I've since ordered 10" wheels that will hèlp T-bone in the grass and I think the look is good 👍🏼.

If the tears that came to our faces when the box arrived for Tycho we can never say to all of the employees, volunteers, and more who gave us this gift at Walk-in Pets - we are forever grateful for your kindness.

They made this process so easy. It’s hard to see my Tucker hurting and struggling to play. So the kindness and help I received meant the world to me. I measured wrong and they caught the mistake. They reached out to me to say they don’t usually see those measurements in his breed and told me how to get the right measurements. I am so grateful they did. I’m still waiting on the wheels but I’m sure they are going to make a huge difference in his life.

Fast, excellent customer service. Any problems putting anything on that you buy, call and they’re willing and ready to help. Excellent return policy. My longtime vet even complemented It. Only one suggestion by my vet. I purchased the device for my cats knuckling. It would be great if one was made with the support of the hock to enable the muscle to strengthen. My vet is located in Colorado City Tx (Dr Vardeman) and folks come from as far away as 250 miles for treatment on their large ( horse and cows to cats and toy dogs, even a parrot and komodo dragon).
