We got “Wheels” for our German shepherd and he can actually run down the yard. He still has use of his back legs but they are not very good. The wheels help him a lot when he wants to go a walk and especially when we go camping

We had problems with our large walking wheels stability and broke the knuckles twice. After speaking to a representative at walking wheels, they sent us a replacement knuckle and suggested we get the 16” wheels to help with stability. That did the trick and now my German shepherd is a happy boy!

I ordered the product on a Wednesday afternoon around 3:15pm and selected a FedEx 2 day shipping, figuring I would have it by Friday ... we were leaving on a vacation Sunday morning. Needed this product for our pup with a badly injured leg to keep it stabilized. You had plenty of time to get it to us on a 2 day expedite, but you failed. Product did not get here til Monday! Disappointed with the whole experience ... I won't pay a "restocking fee", or for both of the shipping charges, so I'm not even going to try and return it.

I’ve sent numerous emails asking for help with my dogs wheels and I got one response in the beginning saying she couldn’t upload the video I sent, so I resent it and despite my efforts, I haven’t heard back from anyone! If I don’t get help soon, I will return them.

We purchased spare wheels and harness which we couldn't buy in Japan. We weren't sure about the size so we made inquiries before the purchase.
