These folks are consummate professionals, they know their stuff! After my poor, very old Black Labrador Retriever Sheba began showing more severe signs of Hip Dysplasia, I Checked with Walkin' Pets, who happened to have a refurbished, Hip Dysplasia Harness/rig which was the correct size for my dog, "The Sheebs!" Lol. (Sheba!). The price for this harness was more than fair and it arrived in like new coedition, in just a few days! It fits her but is a little large, which is fine. A few minor adjustments and it's was game on! However within a few days of that, her medication began to work better, once I got the dosage correct which, so far has negated the need for the harness for the time being. (STILL VERY GLAD TO HAVE IT ON HAND FOR WHEN SHE DOES!) I am VERY pleased with Walkin' Pets for their Amazing service! They don't even know us but treated us like true friends! Even though they are on the N,E Coast of USA the package arrived quickly and was well packaged/protected! I've not a single bad word about this company except to say. I wish they where closer to Arizona! Lol. If your beloved pet is ailing and in need assistance or a wheelchair/ walking assistance or anything else. Check here first! These people are pros who seem to really care about me and my dog and show it through their Amazing service and fair prices! I'm a lifer now! The product was exactly as advertised although it is refurbished. It looked brand new you shipped it to me quickly customer service was outstanding.

My dog is now 16 yrs old, he walked and hiked with me over many GA trails, had to swim in every and all bodies of water we came upon. To see him slowly losing the use of his hind legs is very hard but his stubbornness to move any kind of way he can gives me determination to do whatever I can to help him. I had many questions and really just doing some research, reading all the info you provide and watching yiur videos was so helpful!! I didn't even have to talk with you, all the info you've made available has been a tremendous help in deciding how to move forward. I thank you for that. He's not very keen on his new wheelchair yet, I'm thinking it's gonna be a slow process. But I feel better knowing I can get whatever info n help I need from your resources and if I need to call, I feel confident I'll receive all the help I need. I appreciate that and thank you.

I purchased a wheelchair for my dog and four months later one of the plastic buckles had broken. I contacted walking pets to see about replacing the harness and they refused to do this under warranty. When I told them I was disappointed and would leave them a bad review they hung up on me. Really poor company, poor quality product, and horrible customer service. A well deserved one star review. Update: This response from Walkin Pets should help to illustrate their tone-deaf cookie-cutter response to addressing customer issues. I have a $400 chair rendered useless because of a $2 plastic buckle (that requires the purchase of a $40 harness), but their response to this issue is to use this information to "create a better experience"... Haven't we all heard hollow promises like that before? This patronizing statement doesn't really help me at all, so I must not be a customer to them? Good luck if you do business with this company.
