This order was poorly handled right from the beginning, unnecessary info given to FedEx who then helped to make it a total disaster. Package stuck for 1 month in customs, no tel to contact the recipient to let him know the package has arrived. Storage fees are asked ... Shouldn't I have made some reseache, from a different recipient's country, we would know NOTHING at all of the pending situation. You keep not answering some of my very clear questions and pretend that FedEx is "diligently" (lol !) working and will telephone me. And in the meantime, the dog is still suffering ! This must be a kind of a bad joke ! You shoud be ashamed of the way you treat your (1 time) customers !! It's cost me almost 700 dollars + duty fees to come - if I ever get the package ... ? My advise : KEEP AWAY FROM WALKIN' PETS ! I know you won't dare display this but it felt good to tell the truth.

I would have loved to have given a 5-star rating because the customer service was so awesome. However, I am going to take this moment to comment on the products we purchased: the Hip-EEz with subluxation bridge and the Walkin' Warrior rear harness. Our 1st disappointment was the hip brace only comes with 1 subluxation pad and most dogs have 2 hips :) and other competitors provide 2 pads (which we would need). Then when we tried on both the brace and the harness, we discovered that our dog must have a unique shape because there was no way we could leave the harness on her during potty breaks as her urethra is covered. Our girl is a 109lb Rottweiler, her weight and height and chest measurements often indicate she is a XL or XXL but her hind measurements according to the chart says she's a M/L. We purchased the products and sizes as recommended but the underbelly design of the harness is 1/2 of an inch too long to work properly for a female rottie of her stature. Product quality is solid for both items and with a minor adjustment to the cut of the underbelly design on the harness, it would work for our female dog.
