Autumn made this very difficult decision seamless. From start to finish, she was kind, patient, professional, informative, and most of all very knowledgeable. Our pup was recently diagnosed with a spinal cord tumor and because of her, and the amazing wheelchair we received Riser is able to have a sense of normalcy despite being paralyzed. We love you guys so much and thank you for helping us capture and cherish these precious memories with our boy.

Was unsure about the fit of the cart I purchased for my dog. I got a timely helpful response via email where I was directed on which piece of the cart needed adjusting, help with exchange for the new piece, and help with return of the part that was too small for my dogs' height.

The rear leg splint we ordered is too large for our terrier's skinny leg, and does not work. Efforts to return it did not go well. In the end, we just threw the thing away, rather than pay half its worth to return it

When I called customer service to request a return label. I was told it would be 11.06 for the label. When I received my credit I was charged 31.06. Never had I been advised of a 20.00 restocking fee.
