I can't leave a fair review because my Heidi has just recently passed away without being able to use the wheelchair. The wheelchair was easy to put together and seems well made. My Heidi didn't want anything to do with it either time when I tried to put her into it though. My suggestion is don't hesitate, buy one as soon as your pet shows signs of needing a wheelchair to get them used to it as soon as possible. The longer you think about buying one is the quicker they will need it.

The website sizes are very confusing. My dog had/has the size small. As his legs get worse they drag more. I went o. To try to figure out what size to get to lift his hind legs more as he was at the highest adjustment on his wheels. Ended up getting the next biggest size and it is much too big. Also the harnesses are. It interchangeable. This is unfortunate because it could have made the bigger set work if the harness was I terchangae.

Trying to get a hold of someone with your company is very hard or should I say having someone reply back in timely manner . I emailed, called left a message and never got a response back in a timely manner. All I wanted was a return label. One of your customer representative said that they sent me a label and I never got it. So it took me like two weeks before I received a return label. Your customer service needs some work.

Based upon the directions for measurements, the product came in exactly as I wanted them.

The product was well described and, when it arrived, well made. We had a lot of hope for it. Shipment was fast. Unfortunately, the condition in our dog's legs & feet would not allow us to use the splints. I contacted Walkin' Pets through the return authorization process and they took complete care of it.

We requested a size change on a part and received part in a timely manner.

I measured my dog and contacted Walkin' Pets for assistance, and ordered the wheelchair based on their recommendations. I was having trouble getting the adjustments correct, so I uploaded pics, and Jill contacted me. After multiple adjustments, she determined that I needed the 12" wheels vs. 16" they originally recommended. I received them within a few days, swapped them out and made additional adjustments; however, my dog was having difficulty urinating, and I was having trouble swapping out harnesses and trying to lift my 80lb dog into the wheelchair. Jill took the time to work with me, suggested I get the Buddy Up harness that just clips into the wheelchair to make it easier on me, and worked with me until the adjustments were correct. She was very knowledgeable, extremely patient, and so helpful and kind during the entire process. My dog's quality of life has greatly improved and he loves going for his wheelchair walks.
