Nit happy with areas are sharp, could better design as to how hold dog in. Problems with pin in leg pieces. Problems with having to send pictures and return policy. Although it has helped the dog, parts cheaply made and way overpriced. Feel you are takng advantage of people's love if their pets. At the price I would expect not to see plastic parts holding joints together.

He didn’t like it just lays down

I purchased a small seafoam green chair and separately purchased the camo front legs. My dog actually requires a Quad chair setup but it current costs more to buy it all together. so PRO TIP get what's on sale! verify its compatibility with them! I reached out to Walkin' Pets on multiple occasions because this is an expensive purchase for me and I wanted to get the right products and give my girl Indy her best chance at being more mobile. The staff were always very patient with the endless amounts of questions I had and were very nice. I really appreciate all your help along the way Walkin' Pets. Indy says thanks too.

Great customer service

Ordering was simple and easy, and my refurbished walkin pets wheelchair was delivered within a week. I have been very happy with the quality and directions for use. Obviously only time will tell how it will hold up, but overall it looks like it has been made to last.

Two boxes for a four wheel chair. Had to return and only gave me one RMA label. Not good!
