The fact that you offered me a coupon was awesome.

Quality product, works very well, fast shipment.

Morgan helped me adjust my cats wheelchair. She was very patient and caring. A+

It would have been very helpful to have pictorial steps for putting together the cart. I had to have the chiropractor help me get the cart put together correctly.

Friendly service and an awesome company.

Quick shipping and a very detailed description of what you’re choosing and how it will perform for your needs. Tge overall quality of just about everything I purchased was ok. I found I struggled with the wheelchairs tire alignment, both wheels toed-in considerably, which causes premature wear on the knuckles that connected the legs to the wheel chair base.

My elderly dog’s hind end has gotten progressively weaker for the past few years due to an unknown neurological condition. A few weeks ago he suddenly got much worse and his back right leg would not support his weight at all, which was exceptionally hard because his other hind leg is not strong enough to compensate. For a week I thought I may lose him primarily because he was really struggling to use the bathroom. The hind end harness that I got him has helped so much with this. We got the x-small for my 10 pound shih tzu and it seems to fit pretty well.

Ordering ‘wheels’ for our 10 year old Aussie with a diagnosis of DM was very simple. Our rehab vet helped us to measure her and sent the link to order from. When we had a question about the fit, Walkin’ Pets responded quickly with a detailed solution. Her wheels have made it easier for her to be herself when outside. She is our same happy girl despite the debilitating diagnosis. We’ve more happy days with her to come before things get worse. Thanks Walkin’ Pets!
