The sale rep was not very helpful when we asking abut parts, my guess there are many moving components in wheelchair, so it was hard to identify which parts we need. My suggestion, maybe create a wheelchair components diagram in your website with identifying descriptions or numbers for customers, I think that will help a lot.

LuLu our beagle puppy is recovering from a spinal operation. The wheels have done miracles in helping her learn to walk again. She has not fully recovered yet but progress with the wheels has been great.

It was tough to get it adjusted. Took several days of adjusting to get him comfortable, and where it didn't hinder his movements. At first, we didn't have it totally on him the right way, and the legs kept falling down. Re-adjusted it, and got a lot better. Now that we've got it almost perfect, he's getting around a lot better. He's still a little uncomfortable, but not as bad as the 1st day we put it on him. The youtube video makes it look too easy, but showed the proper way to put it on, and that helped a LOT! Just keep an eye on your dog, and look for ways to adjust it to make it work for your dog. Our's is almost perfect now. I'll continue to adjust as needed, and it def helps him get around better! I def would buy this again ( and we may end up doing that because we have another dog that may need one in the future ).
