My experience was great because everyone that assisted me when I call and had questions and concerns about getting the right size and the right rear wheels for my little pup was helpful. The customer service team are awesome. The wanted the best rear wheels for my pup and the walkin pet team made that possible.

I gave Danelle a hard time trying to get My cat Missy her wheels put together being color blind the video didn't work she went beyond. To help me get it put to-gether. Tomorrow she will start her first steps in it. Thank you so much.

Only 1 of 2 items ordered were received. Notified you and Oder was corrected and I received my second item promptly. Well done.

I purchased this Walking Pet Wheelchair for my 90 pound Gordon Setter Raven. She suffers badly from arthritis in her rear legs. I've been using slings and other devises to help her get out and about but this has been very hard for both of us. It took a little work to get the chair to fit her properly. Raven took to the chair fairly quickly, she smiles and wags her tail. She getting very good at maneuvering around turns and tight place. When she has her wheels on, she can move very quickly. It's good to have my old girl back again.

Matériel parfait

Ordered another new harness for my little guy. The last one was a Velcro style that didn’t last long. This one is a different style with all clasp closure. The details said it was compatible with his wheelchair but the clasps are not the same size. Trying to figure out my next move as my little hasn’t been able to be in his wheelchair in a while now. Tried calling but was on hold a very long time.

Sturdy and well madeseems to fit better than the other two
