I love the product. The absolute best wheelchair for a pet. Customer service? Not so much. I called and the rep said I needed to talk to one of their specialists but none were available and one would call me back. Never got the call so I used their text box a couple of days later. Had problems with the site ordering the parts. It was over a week and no notice my order had been sent. Checked the site and it said cancelled, so I ordered again. Got the parts in the mail later that day. Checking my credit card I had been charged twice. I called and told the rep the situation and was told I'd have to pay a restocking fee plus as much as $30 to return the second shipment. Might as well just keep it. The parts were only $39.

I bought a replacement splint for my dog who has a problem with ligaments breaking down in a front paw. She wore out the last boot but without it she cannot walk very far. The boot holds together her ligaments and cushions the foot. She enjoys her walks and asks to go. She is 15 but still enjoys life thanks to your product.

Had a good experience with this company. First splint did not fit correctly, and the process to exchange for the correct size was quick and easy. The product has been helpful for my dog.
